Navi Mumbai Metro

Navi Mumbai metro Rail project includes a construction of an elevated line of 117.3km. The aims is to create comfortable and better quality services for the commuter through modern technology and reduce the travel time.

The project will be integrated with the Mumbai Metro. A total of six corridors in the city have been identified to construct the project.

SYSTRA India was appointed to provide Detailed Design for complete implementation of the electrical system, for Belapur-Pendhar section, a part of the Corridor II, phase I. It includes :

Electrification project

Navi Mumbai Metro

  • Corridor 1 : 28.3km of line with 10 stations, from Uran to Rajapandra to Nerul
  • Corridor 2 : 21 km of line from Belapur to Khandeshwar
  • Corridor 3 : 33.5 km of line from Colaba Bandra to Seepz with 27 stations (1 ground level station, 26 underground)
  • Corridor 4 : 14km of line from Ranjanpada to Kharkopar to Seawoods
  • Corridor 5 : 20 km of line from Dighe to Turbhe to Belapur.
  • Corridor 6 : 9km of line from Vashi to Ghansoli to Mahape

Belapur-Pendhar section
